Nestled among acres of native foliage and protected state forest, Arrow Park offers the perfect environment for artists, musicians, photographers, poets, educators, non-profits and creatives to refocus, recharge and realign as individuals or as a team or to stage their next event. Arrow Park is a blank canvas of opportunity for your next retreat, show, event or celebration.
The activities of the Friends of Arrow Park tend to be low keyed, fairly-private and geared toward specific interest groups, organizations and causes. We are surrounded by nature. We appreciate the genuine. We are a mild oasis of simple comforts and uncomplicated humanity... a world away.

Friends of Arrow Park (FOAP) helps sponsor cultural, artistic, historical, educational and community-oriented events – both private and public. The Arrow Park Estate provides the perfect location.

Our Mansion and Pavilion offer indoor spaces to accommodate everything
from large-group presentations and meetings to smaller, more intimate, surroundings.
The Main Floor of the Mansion features three distinct rooms, suitable
for dining, receptions, meetings, seminars, exhibitions and parties, Each room features magnificent views
of Arrow Lake and the surrounding forests. In the warmer months, the
terrace is always a favorite space .
The second level of the Mansion has accommodations for
overnight guests. The main suites are normally reserved exclusively for event attendees. The rooms are large, comfortable and offer a special opportunity
to relax, refresh, prepare and... did we mention, "relax"?
The Pavilion – with plenty of room for meetings, events, exhibitions and seminars is located aside our main garden – is a perfect space for events with a capacity of 180 people. The Pavilion also serves as one of our "backups" for outdoor events that have been intimidated by the weather.
Scenic Location Nestled in the
Hudson Valley, Arrow Park offers a picturesque setting with lush
forests, a private lake, and tranquil surroundings. This natural beauty
provides an ideal backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Historical Significance The park has a rich history, adding a unique charm to the experience. The main house and surrounding buildings have a historic
ambiance that guests often find inspiring and grounding.
Versatile Facilities Arrow Park offers a variety of facilities that blend well with wellness retreats, art exhibition, educational classes and other special events. There are meeting rooms, dining areas, and
outdoor spaces that can accommodate both small and large groups.
Accommodations The
Arrow Park Estate features comfortable accommodations ranging from cozy
guest rooms in the historic mansion to The Cottages (also located on
the property). This variety allows organizers, guests and vendors to choose the type of lodging
that best suits their needs. Within a 10-20 minute drive of the property
– there are traditional "hotel accommodations" available for those that
may have a more contemporary requirement of stay.
Recreational Activities The
estate features numerous recreational activities such as hiking,
swimming, boating, and fishing. These activities can enhance the visitor/guest experiences by providing opportunities for physical activity and
leisure.
Event Planning and Support Arrow Park offers event planning services to help organize and execute
events smoothly. This includes catering options, AV equipment for
presentations, and assistance with coordinating activities and
schedules.
Privacy and Exclusivity Arrow Park's expansive grounds ensure privacy and exclusivity for groups,
making it an ideal setting for focused and uninterrupted retreat
sessions. The property is abutted by Sterling Forest State Park.
Accessibility Located within driving distance of New York City (and many major cities in NewYork, New Jersey and Connecticut), Arrow Park is easily
accessible for attendees traveling from the city or surrounding areas,
yet remote enough to feel like a true getaway. Many of our event guests take advantage of the beautiful grounds. A hiking trail leading to a waterfall, a private beach, lake, and open fields all provide the outdoor experience that is truly coveted today. From yoga and meditation to volleyball and scavenger hunts, the possibilities are endless.
